Grants

Make Your Project a Reality

The Hidden Treasures Thrift Store is staffed by volunteers from area congregations, friends and local supporters. The store is managed by one hired staff member. All of the sales proceeds of the thrift shop, beyond store expenses, are available to other local charities through our Grant Process with the following stipulations.

 

  • Charity is 501(c)(3) eligible.

  • Grants are kept for use in the local area.

  • Grants are intended for the people the charity serves, not for overhead expenses.

 

Please note that meeting our basic eligibility criteria does not guarantee funding. The number of applications we receive may outpace available funds.

The Hidden Treasures Thrift Store Board of Directors reviews grant applications and makes disbursement decisions in March and November of each calendar year.
